Linda has been in Cabo for more than 12 years, and opened Cabo Linda Real Estate Sales with more than 20 years of mortgage banking experience. Her ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients has contributed to her success as much as her financial background. Linda lives our motto Our Satisfied Customers Say It All, as over 70% of her business is repeat business or from referrals from previous customers. Linda strives to ensure that real estate practices in Cabo are clear-cut. As a member of the Los Cabos MLS Executive Committee, she is involved in regulating, monitoring and improving the operating procedures that MLS-affiliated real estate companies and their agents must follow to better serve the public.
